Return

Any product can be returned within 7 business days of purchase, in accordance with the right to withdraw provided by Law 8,078/90, as long as it is kept in new condition. Electronic or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) caused by the customer makes the return invalid.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, the warranty must be claimed first. After the repair, if the result still does not satisfy the customer, a return is possible within the timeframe described above.
  • In cases of return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Credit card purchases will have the amount refunded to the original card, minus any installment fees.

Repair

For damage caused by the owner, VTR Effects offers free labor. Only replaced components and shipping costs (both ways) will be charged.

Lifetime Warranty

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any device manufactured by VTR Effects while the model and/or part is in production.

Limits and conditions

  • Exclusions: the warranty does not cover paint, finish, oxidation, corrosion, natural wear of external components, or aesthetic modifications.
  • Any intervention or attempted repair by third parties not authorized by VTR Effects voids the warranty.
  • Coverage is non-transferable, valid only for the original purchaser registered in our database.
  • For the first 3 months after purchase, transportation costs are covered by VTR Effects; after that period, the customer assumes shipping costs.
  • The warranty does not cover lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, or any incidental or consequential damages.
  • Under no circumstances shall VTR Effects' liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
